Some people play house, but for as long as she can remember, Kathy played being a business owner even as a child. Being an entrepreneur seemed her destiny and evolved into owning not one but two 6 figure businesses.

Always a passionate advocate for learning someone's story, Kathy's first book, ONE MORE SERVING, shares the incredible defining moments in ordinary people's lives that led each of them to discovering what purpose they were really meant to live. Ron Hall, author of Same Kind of Different as Me, wrote the Foreword.

As a certified career coach, Kathy's passion is to help people move from "day job" to "DREAM WORK" and move them from BURNED OUT to FIRED UP. She well recognizes the difference having a career you love and feel passionate about can make in your life. For Kathy, that career was being a business owner and now coaching others who want to make a living doing what they love.

She specializes in helping people transition from a job into being an entrepreneur and coaches people in how to grow successful businesses.

In her book, FINDING YOUR FIRE, Kathy shares her own journey of becoming an entrepreneur as well as the way several others discovered their passion and turned it into their business. The book also provides advice and strategies for ways to discover your passion and create a business.

Kathy writes a weekly blog and shares regular insights on her Facebook page @findingyourfire and encourages her readers to connect with her there.

She lives in Atlanta with her husband where she continues to coach those who are ready to leave the 9 to 5 and start being their own boss.
