Paul Spackman

Born in Richmond, Middlesex, UK , in 1960, I studied History with English in Winchester, gaining my BA (Hons) in 1982.

I have now completed a fresh, ground-breaking biography, 'David Lloyd George: Welsh Radical, World Statesman', published by Barnthorn Publishing. David Lloyd George is vastly misjudged, underrated and shamefully neglected in the UK, and it is time to put this right!

I have also completed a major revision, expansion and updating of my 2008 biography, 'God's Candidate', published by Gracewing, now translated into Italian as 'Il Candidato di Dio' with a new Preface and Epilogue, to be published by Antiga Edizioni in 2026.
