Jam Jenkins

Dr. Jam Jenkins is an Assistant Professor of Information Technology at Georgia Gwinnett College. Over the past 13 years he has taught programming to students from the 5th grade to college seniors, in online and in the traditional classroom, in high school and in public and private colleges and universities, and at physical and virtual locations across the United States and in India. He created the Java Wiki Integrated Development Environment (JavaWIDE) and the Freely Available Networked Game Engine (FANG) to teach novices to write programs and games using only a web browser. When not programming or playing students' games (grading), Dr. Jenkins enjoys cycling to Indian restaurants and going Ballroom & Latin dancing every chance he gets.
