Nicole Arbelo

Nicole has a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies and had always know she would write a book since she was a Senior in High School. Nicole spent three years, seven days a week, working to honor our nation's K9 Heroes. Nicole's desire to support the troops overseas began shortly after the war started by sending care packages almost weekly. It wasn't long before she struck up many friendships with the handlers. On Nicole's Facebook site, "K9 Heroes," she continues to work very hard in bringing K9 Units and people together who want to adopt K9 units. Nicole's first book, presents incredible stories of courage and duty, loss and love, and friendship and loyalty as told by the men and women serving with the Military Working Dogs. Nicole's book is lavishly illustrated with well over 100 incredible photographs.
