Dr. Krista E. Wiegand (Ph.D. Duke University) is Professor and Director of the Center for National Security & Foreign Affairs at the Howard H. Baker Jr. School of Public Policy and Public Affairs. Her research fields are international relations, specializing in international security and conflict. Her research focuses on territorial and maritime disputes, conflict resolution, Indo-Pacific Security, and U.S. National security. She has published 3 published books and edited another book on territorial disputes and terrorist and rebel groups in the Middle East.
