Barbara J. Henry,is a published author of two books:'Journaling:Twenty Plus Reasons Why You Should Start Now',and 'Coming Full Circle, a collection of the author's original poems.The collection also contains prayers and quotes of people from around the world and nearby.

Barbara is an avid reader of books on self-growth,personal development and spirituality, which are also the subjects of her blogs,poems,articles and inspirational speeches.

A former high school English teacher named in Who's Who Among high School Teachers, Barbara retired early to pursue her writing career,and in addition to writing, she enjoys singing, and solving crossword puzzles, especially those appearing in The New York Times.

Barbara lives in River Forest,Illinois, a suburb located west of Chicago,Illinois and next door to Oak Park,Illinois,the home of Ernest Hemingway, Frank Lloyd Wright, and other notable Illinoisans.
