Paul Terry

PAUL TERRY is a bestselling author, composer, songwriter, and producer.

He concept-created/wrote the award-winning, in-world book series THE X-FILES: THE OFFICIAL ARCHIVES. Fiction writing includes KOLCHAK: THE NIGHT STALKER – HAUNTED & HUNTED (his official anthology of five original prose stories).

He also co-authored (with Tara Bennett) THE OFFICIAL MAKING OF BIG TROUBLE IN LITTLE CHINA; THE STORY OF MARVEL STUDIOS: THE MAKING OF THE MARVEL CINEMATIC UNIVERSE; and many other official film/TV companions.

A composer of more than thirty soundtracks, he releases music via his independent label SkyBabyRecords. In 2025, his discography (from 1999 to present day) was made a permanent part of the BRITISH LIBRARY’s prestigious Sound & Moving Image collection. His original scores include: SIDNEY & FRIENDS; DAVE STEVENS: DRAWN TO PERFECTION; and SO MUCH DAMAGE: HOW IMAGE COMICS CHANGED THE WORLD.

Under the alias of APTØSRS, his albums include ELDERS (mixed by Adam Noble). His other solo project, CELLARSCAPE, includes the albums EXO ECHO, THE ACT OF LETTING GO, and ALTERNATIVE PIANO CLUB.
