Connie Gotsch

Connie Gotsch was born in Chicago and raised in New York and New Jersey. She is the author of the tween novel BELLE'S STAR for readers 9-12. Written from a dog's point of view, the story encourages kids to make good life choices and carries an antibullying anticruelty message. BELLE'S STAR won a Mom's Choice Silver Award for youth novel in 2010 and was nominated for a 2009 New Mexico Book Award. It also won a 2010 New Mexico Press Women's First Place Award for Juvenile Fiction in the 2010 Communication Contest, and has gone on to the National Federation of Press Women's Communication Contest.

Ms. Gotsch has written the suspense/thriller/cozy mystery SNAP ME A FUTURE, in returnable POD, and the mainstream/romance e-novel A MOUTH FULL OF SHELL, both available from DLSIJpress.com

Connie Gotsch won first place awards for full-length fiction for A MOUTH FULL OF SHELL in the New Mexico Press Women's Communication Contest. SNAP ME A FUTURE has won Second Place for Full-Length Fiction in the same competition. She won a second place award for A MOUTH FULL OF SHELL in the National Federation of Press Women's Communication Contest.

Connie Gotsch lives in Farmington, New Mexico with a mutt named Kiri. When Connie isn't writing, she's at KSJE, Public Radio for the Four Corners serving as Program Director, host of the award-winning morning classical music show, "Roving with the Arts," or producer of a segment for authors called "Write On Four Corners." In 2008, she received a Book in Hand Award from the New Mexico Book Association for her work in promoting New Mexico authors and publishers on the program.
