Here is my philosophy about life: Everyday is a chance to undo the past and begin to look at today in a new and wonderful way. The past is a heavy burden in most people's lives. My newest book, "Zeroing-Out: The Secret to Peace and Personal Power" is a reflection of that belief. I've also recently finished my favorite novel of all: "Gettin' Older with Grace: Jimmy Joe's Lessons in Truth." This is a story written in the south and reflects all of my spiritual beliefs but in a fictional format, through the voice of Jimmy Joe Willimay. If you like to laugh and want to learn about facing the hard facts about getting older, but doing with a bit more ease, read this book.

That is a high hope, I know. But I can only tell you that my life has changed that drastically since I have adopted this way of looking at life.
