Natasha Tabori Fried

Natasha Tabori Fried has been Welcome Books' managing editor since 1999. In addition to helping to oversee the company's overall publishing program as well as the many calendars and books produced and distributed for VIA Books, she has been closely involved in conceiving, editing, and producing numerous book projects for both Welcome's packaging services and Welcome Books, including BASEBALL: THE NATIONAL PASTIME IN ART AND LITERATURE; WILD ORPHANS; THE BIRDS' CHRISTMAS CAROL; A BRIDE'S BOOK; FLIGHT: CELEBRATING 100 YEARS IN ART AND LITERATURE; DO NOT BE SAD, CALIFORNIA THE BEAUTIFUL, and HIDDEN NAPA VALLEY.

Natasha is also the co-editor or editor of many of Welcome's successful LITTLE BIG BOOKS, among them THE LITTLE BIG BOOK OF LOVE, THE LITTLE BIG BOOK OF CHILLS AND THRILLS, THE LITTLE BIG BOOK OF AMERICA, THE LITTLE BIG BOOK OF LIFE, and THE LITTLE BIG BOOK OF NEW YORK.

Before entering the field of publishing, Natasha was an editorial assistant and associate producer with the MacNeil/Lehrer Newshour from 1993 to 1994, after which she became an associate producer with the Newshour with Jim Lehrer until 1996. She then moved to Fox News Channel where she worked as a line producer/associate producer for the next two years, prior to joining Welcome.

Natasha is a graduate of Brown University. She currently resides on the upper west side of Manhattan.
