John Spencer Williams is author of 4 books translated into 10 languages including WHSmith Business Book of the Month, F Work Let's Play.

John's entire career has been in innovation. He started writing special effects software for the BBC and Disney, became CTO of a startup incubator in the earliest days of streaming media, then senior managing consultant at Deloitte on cutting-edge technical strategy.

But he walked away from Deloitte after just a year, declaring "I never want another job for the rest of my life". Now he describes himself as "Proudly unemployable".
