D. Ferris Arfaa

D. Ferris Arfaa is the author of the collection of the imminently spiritual poetic verse in "The Gift of God’s Word" penned in 2006 as well as “From the First Nightingale to the Last – Poetry of the Salvation Song of Jesus Christ and the Twelve Apostles,” published in 2021.

Her poetry collections are being published by Austin Macauley Publishers, New York, New York. They will soon release a second edition of her original poetry collection “The Gift of God’s Word” with illustrations and new cover. Ms. Arfaa has already penned the sequel to the “Gift of God …” series, which will be released in 2023.

In January 2023, this prolific author/poet started a regular monthly blogpost to encourage “seekers of the Word.”

Ms. Arfaa, attorney-at-law-turned poet, is now retired in Delaware and active in her church, prayer teams and Bible studies. She graduated magna cum laude while earning a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Notre Dame of Maryland University. A Juris doctor degree followed from the University of Baltimore School of Law, as did many awards for legal and community involvement in Maryland. D. Ferris Arfaa was a Registered Nurse before receiving her degree in finance. She served as an Adjunct Professor of Business Law at the Notre Dame of Maryland University from 2000 to 2004.
