Robert Phelps was born in Nebraska where he lived the small town life, riding his bicycle where ever he wanted to go. He has always been an avid reader, escaping into the worlds of Heinlein and Asimov to name only a few. Robert joined the Navy out of high school and then later graduated from Black Hills State University with a teaching degree. He worked as a principal for a short time before moving onto carpentry. He then helped build the areas first cable T.V. company. After the company sold, he and his wife bought some land to build a golf course. The golf course is still in the works, but in the mean time he owns and runs his very own small town bar. In his spare time he writes.
