My most recent book is "How Abraham Lincoln Used Stories to Touch Hearts, Minds, and Funny Bones." The book is the culmination of my life long interest in the Jedi Master of storytelling, and 16th President of the United States.

My first book, "Fix em Up, Rent em Out," was an award-winning finalist in the National Best Book Awards (USA Book News). This was followed by, "Turn Your Home Into a Rental House Instead of Selling It," co-authored by my wife, Angy. It was named BEST BOOK OF THE YEAR by USA Book News.

Along with Angy and my two sons, I continue to buy houses, repair them, and rent them out. I also make presentations on "Mr. Lincoln and Storytelling."

I made a presentation to the "Association of Lincoln Presenters" Convention, in Illinois. I spoke in the Old Vandalia Statehouse where Lincoln actually served as a state representative. I could feel Lincoln’s spirit in that venerable place.
