Johan Adkins

Johan "Jo" Adkins lives on a “dang yuppie wannabe cowboy ranchette” outside of Cheyenne, Wyoming. Former owner of Prism in Cheyenne, the metaphysical center described in her books, she has an extensive metaphysical background based on nature and “light work”. She has acted for years as a teacher and student of metaphysics and served in an advisory capacity to community educators, doctors, lawyers, psychologists/psychiatrists and local law enforcement. She still teaches classes and lectures occasionally and keeps in a metaphysical hand and an “open” ear. Johan has a historical educational background which just makes research that much more fun. Not previously published outside of the Prism newsletters called "The Transformation Connection", she has been waiting for the time to be right. A channel, and a voracious reader and writer for years, she has kept her writing on the shelf until now. She has written "Prismland", the sequel "Earth 1", and a channeled work called "Spirit Speaks, The Transformation Connection". She is currently working on a book called "New Astrology", and a visionary dream journal called "The Red Lunchbox". And like the character Jo Vanderlin in her books, she enjoyed the writing workshops of Tacoma Writer’s Guild and “Wordsmiths” at Prism.
