Murillo Xavier

Murillo Xavier is a business leader and children's book author. He currently serves as Managing Director for North America at PG Consulting, where he leads strategic expansion and helps organizations unlock value through operational excellence in global supply chain management and procurement.

With nearly 30 years of experience, Xavier has built a reputation for transforming supply chains for Fortune 500 companies and setting new industry standards, with prior roles as a Supply Chain Strategist, Head of Procurement, and Consultant for the Big 4. He holds an MBA from Michigan State University and certifications including CPIM (APICS), CPSM (ISM), and Lean Six Sigma.

Outside the boardroom, Xavier is the author of the Prince Leo Collection, a children's book series inspired by his 16-year journey raising his son, who was born with cerebral palsy and later diagnosed with Cortical Visual Impairment (CVI). The series follows a young monarch learning to lead with empathy, and is designed with CVI-friendly editions to make reading accessible to children with visual impairment. A portion of proceeds from every CVI-friendly book supports organizations serving children with CVI and their families.
