Hana Samek Norton

A historian by training, a reader and writer of historical fiction and non-fiction, Hana grew up in the former Czechoslovakia (now the Czech Republic), immigrated to Canada, learned English, and earned history degrees from the University of Western Ontario and a Ph. D. from the University of New Mexico.

She is a historical consultant on Native American issue, but allows her froward imagination to frolic by writing historical fiction set in the Middle Ages.
