Marilyn Bohn

Marilyn was born in Orem Utah in a little house and was reared in Oregon. She loves the ocean, fog, rain and lots of snow.

After 24 years as a social service worker many of them as a child abuse investigator she became a professional organizing expert. She is an author and sought after public speaker and organizes with women and seniors in their homes and offices.

She provides practical information on how to declutter homes and offices in her blogs, articles, and videos on her website. She opens the way to organize through video workshops that are also featured on her web site.

She has a popular web show ‘Lights On Organizing’ that you can watch at www.marilynbohn.com. She has been featured on several television stations and radio programs. Her articles have appeared in local and national newspapers and magazines as well as in many company newsletters.

Marilyn is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO). She has also been a contributor to other organizing books. She is the founder of Get It Together Organizing.

She is the mother of 5 girls and has one very spoiled cat. She loves to travel, cross country ski, read, and quilt. Favorite places she has visited are Italy, Fiji and New Zealand. She is afraid of high places, horses and big dogs.
