Lucian Busoniu

Lucian Busoniu is a research scientist with CNRS at the Research Center in Automatic Control of Nancy, France. He received his PhD degree (cum laude) in 2009 from the Delft University of Technology, and his MSc degree (valedictorian) in 2003 from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania. His current research interests include reinforcement learning and dynamic programming with function approximation, intelligent and learning techniques for control problems, and multi-agent learning.
