R. Scott McCoy

Scott was born in Kodiak, Alaska and raised in Bemidji, Minnesota. After high school, he joined the Army and served as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal technician. He is the owner and editor of Stygian Publications, which formerly published Necrotic Tissue, a quarterly horror short story magazine and now focuses on novellas and novels.
