After being a truck driver turned commercial real estate broker, I have now become an author. When faced with many decisions about a family member's health and not finding immediate easy answers, I knew it was time to take action to put the information at the fingertips of others who were in the same situation. The information is out there, as I was able to find it, but it is not so easy to find and never easy to put it all together in one place, until now.

So I began writing books. My first book is Silver Spoons Hemodialysis Cookbook followed by Renal Resource Guide. I then put together a book of more humorous events in my life (Dave's Ramblings) and then felt it was necessary to write a book about holidays and food for those affected by renal failure. Diet is such an important part of renal failure, and yet the information about food was so difficult to find and needed to be put out there. Confusion and over-priced information is not an option for most dialysis patients and therefore I vowed to write as much as I could about the subject and price it so that those who need it could more easily afford it.

My latest writing is Silver Spoons Holiday Cooking with Renal Failure. It is also found on Amazon in paperback and in Kindle format.
