Amanda Trosten-Bloom is a Principal with both Corporation for Positive Change and the Rocky Mountain Center for Positive Change: a consultancy that gets systemic results by applying the principles and advancing the practices of Appreciative Inquiry and related transformational process.

A nationally acclaimed consultant, master trainer and energizing speaker, she is a pioneer in the use of Appreciative Inquiry for high engagement, whole system change in business, nonprofit and community settings. Amanda builds results oriented partnerships with executives and their teams in support of strategic planning, culture change and organizational excellence in organizations that have included Hewlett-Packard, Ameriquest, Hunter Douglas Window Fashions Division, and the National Security Administration.

Her award-winning work in high tech, service, manufacturing, and municipal sectors has been prominently featured in numerous books and articles. Her own writing includes four books, and over a dozen articles and chapters.
