Kae Rader

Kae Rader has more than 30 years of experience leading and serving nonprofits. She is Owner/President of Rader Consulting, which specializes in helping leadership teams with strategic and operational planning. She counsels nonprofit clients on how to govern and manage in alignment with best practices.

Kae is also a board-certified adjunct executive coach with the Center for Creative Leadership, a top-ranked provider of executive education worldwide.

Kae has held senior management positions with the U.S. Olympic Committee, Indiana Sports Corporation, and El Pomar Foundation. She holds a Master's in Public Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. Kae lives in Colorado Springs.
