Lorna Blumen

Lorna Blumen is a children's and adult workplace bullying prevention specialist, author, and speaker from Toronto, Canada. Lorna draws from 25 years of experience in conflict resolution, bullying prevention, and girls' respect skills for elementary, middle and high school. She has appeared on Canadian and U.S. television and radio and spoken at international conferences.

She is the author of five books, including I've Got Your Back: Help Children Say Hello to Friends & Goodbye to Bullies (2016), Bullying Epidemic: Not Just Child's Play (2011), and lead author of Girls' Respect Groups: An Innovative Program to Empower Young Women & Build Self-Esteem! (2009). She is the lead developer of Girls' Respect Groups, an after-school program for girls 10-18, currently used in 130 countries worldwide.
