Don Mayer

Don Mayer started as an attorney in Asheville, North Carolina and migrated to teaching at business schools after earning an advanced degree in International Law at Georgetown in 1985. He has authored numerous articles on business, ethics, and law, and is co-author, along with Mike Bixby and Ray August, of Pearson's International Business Law: Cases and Materials, 5th edition.

He has also co-edited Good Business: Exercising Effective and Ethical Leadership, published by Taylor and Francis. Along with George Siedel, Dan Warner, and Jethro Lieberman, he has published Advanced Business Law (Flatworld Knowledge), Entrepreneurship and the Law (Flatworld) and the Legal Environment of Business (Flatworld).
