Mark R. Banschick

Mark R. Banschick, M.D. is a diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology with over 30 years of experience in child and adolescent psychiatry. The Intelligent Divorce Project includes a book series, an online course and seminars designed to help parents raise healthy children during a divorce (see www.TheIntelligentDivorce.com). Dr. Banschick has appeared on the CBS Early Show and has been quoted in The New York Times, Psychology Today and contributes regularly to the Huffington Post.

Book One in The Intelligent Divorce Series, "Taking Care of Your Children", focuses on the well being of kids. Both the paperback and Kindle versions of The Intelligent Divorce: Taking Care of Your Children are available at Amazon.com. This book helps you gauge how your child is doing with the divorce and what you can do to make a difference.

Book Two, "Taking Care of Yourself", helps parents to take control of their lives by handling anger and anxiety more productively; learning about finances and healthier living; and dealing realistically with the world of attorneys, therapists and difficult ex spouses.

The Intelligent Divorce Online Course: As an adjunct to the book series, we will be offering Intelligent Divorce Course, a video-based online course scheduled to launch later this summer, based on the principles found in the book series that are crucial to a successful divorce.
