A T Maher

After a successful career in the international telecommunication business that culminated in his managing one of the largest global enterprises of its kind with $15 billion in annual revenue, A.T. Maher switched his profession dramatically. In 2002 he became a Venture Capitalist, bringing his expertise and international connections to small sized startup companies with big ideas. Since that change he has been on the Board of Directors of 15 Hi-tech firms most of which ended up being purchased by much larger corporations.

He added another unexpected passion to his life, writing. His book "In the Wall's Shadow" is the first result of this endeavor. His stories reflect his international experience and new found fascination for the dark side of human nature.

A.T. Maher received degrees in physics in the USA, served in the U.S. Army, lived abroad for many years and resided in Miami, Munich and a small town near Florence, Italy.
