Bernard Ball

Author Bernard Ball, born 1958 in Tampa, Florida, enjoys reading and writing about the political, economic and social conditions in America. He is currently retired after a twenty six year career in public service. His first book "The World Is NOT Your Oyster: America the Lost Empire" was published in 2010. Bernard has written standards for the National Fire Protection Agency, was a co-founder of "Voter Registration of Hillsborough County", and in collaboration with Frank Reddick, the former head of the Sickle Cell Foundation and former Governor of Florida Lawton Chiles, helped to establish a " Proclamation" in Florida deeming September as Sickle Cell Anemia Month.
