Mark Kennedy

Mark Kennedy, two-time teacher of the year, began teaching Alternative Education in 1990. An eighth-degree black belt, Mark began the Just Warriors Academy of Kempo San Soo, an after school program, in 2005. Mark has also served as a mentor teacher, supervising teacher, lead teacher and interdisciplinary team leader, as well as university adjunct faculty. He continues to write about his passion: reaching all learners whether in classrooms, houses of worship, or martial arts halls.
