Patricia Harmon

Patricia Harmon is an organizational development consultant and works as a business analyst, facilitator and executive coach. She has designed and conducted advanced thinking workshops for North American organizations such as Deutsche Bank, Department of Homeland Security, Estee Lauder, Goldman, Sachs, J P Morgan Chase, Johnson & Johnson, Merck & Co., Motorola, Munich Re America, Philips Electronics and New York Times.

Pat helps organizations in their efforts to bring about change by examining business trends and extrapolating from them to help companies create value. Her approach is a comprehensive collection of thinking techniques including Lateral Thinking™ and Biomimicry, a science of eco-sustainability, to provide deliberate methods to think innovatively.

She works with senior executives in Leadership Development in the areas of emotional intelligence and innovation. Using assessment-based technologies, Pat helps clients assess development needs, link development to business strategy, and implement customized development using a systems approach. Emphasis is placed on the social radar, emotional intelligence and the characteristics that turn creativity into innovation.

Previously, Pat was the founder and principal of a communications advisory service serving many of the Fortune 500 companies in North America, after having worked in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry for ten years.

Pat holds an MBA from the University of Toronto Executive Program, an MA in Human Development, and a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems from The Fielding Graduate Institute.
