Whitney Strub

Whitney Strub was born on the Minnesota/Wisconsin border, grew up in the barely pre-Palin Wasilla, Alaska, and currently resides in South Philadelphia. An assistant professor of History at Rutgers University-Newark, he's also an affiliate member of the American Studies and Women's & Gender Studies programs, and his work on the sexual politics of obscenity and pornography has appeared in American Quarterly, Journal of the History of Sexuality, Journal of Women's History, and elsewhere. He spends what is probably an inordinate amount of time taking pictures of his cats.
