Robyn Sheldon

Robyn Sheldon is a midwife, soul integration therapist, and author of books that explore the mysteries of birth, consciousness, and transformation. Her work bridges the sacred and the messy, guiding readers and clients into deeper connection with themselves, their babies, and the soul of life itself.

She is the author of The Mama Bamba Way, a beloved guide to soulful childbirth endorsed by Thich Nhat Hanh and Jon Kabat-Zinn; The Liminal Lands, a memoir of spiritual awakening; and Elsie October, a wild, poetic novel about reluctant healing and mythic becoming.

Robyn draws from over thirty years of meditation, midwifery, dance, and depth facilitation. Whether she's writing about birth or breakdown, her words invite us to find meaning in vulnerability, and wonder in the everyday.

She lives between the soulful stillness of the Okavango Delta and the hills of Somerset, offering courses, sessions, and safaris for those called to remember who they truly are.
