Gearóid Ó Tuathail

Gerard Toal (in Gaelic Gearóid Ó Tuathail) is Professor of Government & International Affairs at Virginia Tech's campus in Old Town Alexandria. He lives in Washington DC and writes on US geopolitical culture, with particular focus on the Balkans and Caucasus. He has helped write, edit and compile seven books.
