Paul is a full-time Mountaineering Instructor, Climbing and Paddlesports Coach. With over 20 years of personal climbing and kayaking experience to draw on, combined with 13 years worth of experience as a Secondary school teacher, Paul's real passion is developing the next generation of leaders, instructors and coaches as a leading provider of Mountain Training and British Canoeing awards.
