Claudio Vargas Silva

Claudio Vargas Silva is an intern marriage and family therapist and musician who was born in Brazil and has lived in America since 1998. He has a bachelor’s degree in theology and a master’s degree in marriage, family, and child therapy. He worked as a minister and chaplain in Brazil for 10 years until he came to the U.S. in 1998 to realize his dream of earning a master’s degree in counseling.

Claudio has worked in the U.S. as a minister, speaker and piano teacher. He visits churches and schools giving piano concerts and seminars about family, relationships and self-esteem in the U.S. and abroad. He has a special talent helping people personally or through his workshops. He is currently working as an intern marriage and family therapist at Christian Counseling Center under the supervision of Jeff Bettencourt in Morgan Hill, CA.

Claudio graduated with honors as a Master of Science in Counseling/Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy at the University of Phoenix.

Claudio has written the book Master Yourself: Ten Steps to Loving Yourself, Having Good Relationships and Being Successful. He also has recorded many messages on CD and DVD which he offers on his seminars. You can watch some of his videos on his website www.claudiovargas.net.
