D. A. Quigley

Born and raised on a small farm in upstate New York by 2nd generation Irish immigrants. His early education and family values have shaped a successful life as a sales professional for a number of Fortune 100 companies: General Electric, Hitachi Data Systems and IBM. Since retiring from IBM in 2004 our author has taken the time to pursue new goals. His first book entitled: Letters from Otto was created from a stack of personal letters he had saved for 50 years detailing his life as a college student in the early 1960's.His current creation was started in 2009 and after many revisions has been recently published. Santa's Magic is 12 short stories detailing the magic of visiting small children during the Christmas season. The author has served in this role for over 30 years.

Since retiring in 2004 the author has travel extensively in Europe and US. The photo's and experience have shaped many of his projects including his writer group called the "Wannabe's" He maintains their Blog site.

The author has Self Published a number of books: Family Cookbook(2010), Travels with Patti(2011), Patti's Secret Garden(2012) and Letters from Otto(2009). Currently teaching a class in Self Publishing at the University of Dayton.
