Brian Chase

Brian D. Chase is a partner with Bisnar | Chase in Newport Beach, where he has a nationwide practice concentrating in catastrophic injury cases, automobile product liability/crash worthiness cases and government tort liability.

Mr. Chase was included on the 2007 list of Top 100 Trial Lawyers by the American Trial Lawyers Association. He was named 2004 Product Liability Trial Lawyer of the Year by the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, and has served as president of that group. A graduate of Pepperdine School of Law, he is a frequent lecturer for various attorney organizations, teaching strategies that enable lawyers to litigate cases involving corporate wrongdoing.
