Aneesh Suneja is the president and founder of FlowOne Lean Consulting LLC, based just outside Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He is a Chemical Engineer, and holds an MBA from Marquette University.
Aneesh started his career with PPG Industries, and earned a Six Sigma Black Belt through the Whirlpool Corporation in 1998. He began his study of Lean at the University of Michigan's Center for Professional Development. His first Lean project was in the coatings industry where he demonstrated the power of Lean by eliminating more than $1 million in inventory costs.
Aneesh has been a Lean practitioner and advocate for more than a decade, and has applied Lean principles and tools in various industries including online auctions, insurance claims processing, yacht manufacturing, and research & development.
For the past 5 years his focus has been exclusively on healthcare, and he has transformed practice areas in the outpatient setting as well as operating rooms, intensive care units, cardiac care units, emergency departments and inpatient settings.
He wrote Lean Doctors with his wife, Carolyn, who has an extensive background in Lean, organizational development and training. They live in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, with their three daughters--Jaya, Mya and Emma--and their two dogs, Tex and Romeo.
