Marc Bochner

Bochner is a well-respected self-defense instructor, author, and doctor of physical therapy, that has spent the majority of his life learning what works in challenging real-life situations.

For the past three decades, Marc has trained and taught the martial arts, specializing in teaching realistic self-defense for the past eighteen years.
