Geri Hearne is the author of "Today's Top Story is a Four-Letter Word," a book about love and how to grow it. With this book, she went from reporting the news to reporting on the loving energy that surrounds all of around us. She went from writing about what we see, hear and can touch to writing about the unseen.
Some background here: Geri is a 30 year veteran of TV News with dozens of Emmy nominations for breaking news, four United Press International and Associated Press awards for documentary and feature reporting, and three NBC awards for leadership.
While on the job in 2007, she wasn't feeling fulfilled, so she began asking herself the hard questions about her life's work. Is what I am doing meaningful? In a short time, God began talking back, right there in the newsroom. That conversation kick-started a new way of communicating: automatic writing, recording what she heard and felt coming to her from Spirit. Why would she do that?
The feeling was so overwhelmingly beautiful, she felt a compelling push to share. What God said that day in the news room touched and opened Geri's heart with tender messages on how to love yourself, your friends, your coworkers, and others. She had to let the world know about this divine loving force that connects us all.
Geri shares a monthly message from spirit in her newsletter "Here is Heaven" on her website www.heavencantwait.org
