My world is focused on the “what if”. I am intrigued by possibilities and want to continue to search. One area of special interest is the wonder of the human mind and another is the future lying before us.

The interest in the human mind led me to get a doctorate in clinical psychology from Duke University. My interest and orientation have led me to write the Gaia’s Majesty Trilogy. The first book Gaia’s Majesty-Mission Called is available, the second Gaia’s Majesty-Challenge will be published shortly.

This trilogy represents my fascination with mythology and the coming empowerment of women. To me mythology does not simply represent interesting stories and fantasy. Myths speak truth about us and our potential. And now with women being empowered at last we have another potential being realized. I could not resist putting mythology and empowerment together in my fiction writing. I refer to it as a work of magical realism because there is a magical element of fantasy but with a strong reality base.

There is something else. Our present era is fascinating. We have entered a time, once again, where there is growing conflict and danger across Earth. It represents human conflict but also global climate crisis. Yet, I’m fascinated by the fact that we may be heading into a period of transformation.
