Mark Fleming

Mark Fleming is a writer from Edinburgh. His mental health memoir, 1976 - Growing Up Bipolar is disturbing, but darkly humorous and life-affirming, taking the reader into bipolar's depths of depression and unnatural highs of mania. Fleming has also played in post-punk bands on/off since 1979, and rhapsodises about music's dynamic role in recovery and wellbeing.
