Robin K. Dreeke

Robin Dreeke is a former FBI counterintelligence agent, bestselling author, and the instructor of the MasterClass Become the Person Everyone Trusts.

He spent more than twenty years recruiting and handling sources who had every reason to walk away, and later led the FBI’s Counterintelligence Behavioral Analysis Program. The work was never interrogation. It was making someone feel safe enough to tell the truth — then deciding well when the stakes were high.

A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and a Marine Corps veteran, Robin teaches leaders the same system he used in the field: how to build trust, read people accurately, and make high-stakes decisions without guesswork. His approach is practical and non-judgmental. The goal is better judgment about people, not manipulation.

He is the author of It’s Not All About Me, The Code of Trust, Sizing People Up, and Unbreakable Alliances. Those books, and the MasterClass built from the same work, are used by executives, sales teams, and leadership groups who need tools they can use the next day.

Robin lives in Virginia.
