Nick Smith is a digital marketing author and educator with five business primers published through Hachette's "In A Week" series, covering digital marketing, search marketing, ecommerce, mobile marketing, and social media marketing.

His books have been adopted as required reading by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Academy and are used by marketing professionals and students worldwide.

After stepping back from client work in 2019 to focus on family, Nick returned to writing in 2025 with a new focus: helping small business owners and solo operators become confident, capable users of AI tools for content creation and lead generation.
