Christopher B. Barnett
Christopher B. Barnett specializes in modern theology and philosophy, Christian spirituality, and the relation between theology and the arts. In 2008, he received his Doctor of Philosophy in Theology from the University of Oxford. He then taught at Berry College near Rome, Georgia before moving to Villanova University in 2012, where he currently is Professor Emeritus in the Department of Theology and Religious Studies. He also has served as Guest Researcher at the Unitätsarchiv in Herrnhut, Germany, and at Søren Kierkegaard Forskningscenteret in Copenhagen In addition to his formal academic pursuits, Dr. Barnett also regularly writes and podcasts via his online platform JUST FYI on Substack. Topics include cinema, philosophy, politics, sports, technology, and theology.
