I know from my own experience and others' that the mind and heart can be transformed from the most miserable and abject of conditions to that of kindness, clarity, courage, openness, and ease. How one might go about that is what I hope to share with my readers.

I've released a five-part series, where each book in the series focuses on a different class of "difficult" mental and emotional states and what each of those states has to offer as a blessing to one's well-being and happiness.

I also released a stand-alone book on the practice of contemplative meditation and how to build a daily sustainable practice. The majority of the book focuses on the contemplation of impermanence.

Lastly, if you enjoy the intersection of mathematics learning with phenomenological inquiry, all within the context of the metaphor of relationship, then you might enjoy my other book from Routledge (but I'll warn you that most people don't finish it! Also, in case you're wondering, academic publishers usually have to price their books pretty high due to the low volume of sales, especially something as obscure as mine)!
