Lester Smith

Lester Smith is award-winning game designer and past president of the Wisconsin Fellowship of poets. His recent works include:

- The Pastime Machine, a Byronic mashup of Dante and Wells in 101 Sonnets, and

- The D6xD6 Role-Playing game, an innovative design representing the novels of more than two-dozen fiction authors from a range of genres.

As a game designer Les is also known as creator of the Dragon Dice game for TSR, Inc. and the Dark Conspiracy role-playing game for GDW. He served as editor for Gary Gygax's Dangerous Journeys role-playing game. As a poet he is best known for publishing a series of Halloween anthologies.
