Shafer Hall

Shafer Hall is a poet from Texas who lives in Brooklyn, NY. He is a senior editor for Painted Bride Quarterly, an acquisitions editor for Lungfull! Magazine, and the curator of the infrequent Frequency Reading Series in New York's West Village. "Never Cry Woof," his first full-length collection of poems, was published in 2007 by No Tell Books. His chapbooks and broadsides have been published by Big Game Books, Half Empty/Half Full, and other publishers. "Letter/Word," a short mystery in verse published in collaboration with artist Ashley Epps, is forthcoming. His poems and prose have appeared in the Indiana Review, Jubilat, Eyeshot, and many other journals.
