Mary E. Stutts

A seasoned Fortune 500 executive, Mary Stutts is best known for her work in coaching people on the dynamics of women and men in leadership, personal branding, mentoring, inclusive leadership, adding value in dynamic corporations and preparation for corporate board seats.

Stutts is currently Chief Inclusion, Diversity & Health Equity Officer at Stanford Medicine having previous leadership roles at Genentech, United Health Group, Bristol Myer Squibb, Bayer, Kaiser Permanente and Comcast NBCUniversal.

Stutts is a powerful and engaging speaker whose style of humor and masterful storytelling keeps women, men and youth inspired and longing for more as she shares practical and insightful examples of career transformations. She also leads career-changing development planning workshops to help those seeking hands on opportunities to chart their career course.

Stutts was named to Savoy Magazine's 2019 Most Powerful Women in Corporate America. She also received the Business Council for Peace 2019 Lifetime Impact Award for excelling at advancing the careers of women and her work with emerging professional women from war torn countries.

Stutts is a Board member of the Women's Funding Network - the largest philanthropic network in the world; the NBA Wives Association; WorldWideWomen - creators of the Girls Festival hands - on career festival for girls ages 8-18; and Wellist, a digital health startup.

Stutts earned a Master of Health Administration degree at the University of Southern California School of Public Policy. She also completed the Executive Program on Organization and Strategy at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
