Mike Cassidy

Mike Cassidy is an author and owner of Cassidy Ventures, a new media strategy and consulting business serving the New York Metropolitan Area.

A graduate from Villanova University, Mike specialized in Communicational Studies and Political Science.

Upon graduating in 2006, Mike worked as an associate producer for the Women's Entertainment Network's "Secret Lives of Woman" series. The filming of the series often took place within controversial and even dangerous situations. As a change of pace, Mike worked simultaneously as a social media strategist for a 2008 US Senate Campaign.

At the end of 2008, Mike met entrepreneur Jim Randel who offered a fresh new take on the publishing business. His idea was to further disseminate complex personal financial and professional ideas and make them more relatable and visually engaging for the average consumer.

Mike along with a small team of dedicated employees helped Jim develop and build a new cutting-edge publishing company known today as Rand Media Co.
